Thanksgiving BINGO today was a blast!! The residents had to “gobble” like a turkey 🦃 when they got a bingo today and had so much fun and laughter this afternoon 😜

Thanksgiving-celebrating the harvest and blessings of this past year. Today we are sharing what we are thankful for. Teagan and Sue from our rehabilitation department partnered with our life enrichment department to make a Thankful Tree. Afterwards we enjoyed a delicious bowl of chili and Irish soda bread our residents made yesterday in their Soup for the Soul class.

We are proud to share U.S. News has identified Columbia Health Care Center as one of the Best Nursing Homes in Wisconsin. US news analyzed data for nearly 15,000 nursing homes in the country and identified the "Best" in each state. There are 325 nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities in Wisconsin. Of these, 69 received an overall rating of 5 out of 5. Score based on nurse staffing, patient outcomes and safety practices. Columbia Health Care Center received a 5 out of 5-star rating. We want to say Congratulations to our staff; it takes great staff who are dedicated and committed to quality to reach this standard. Thank you for being here and making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Join us for a Holiday Concert & Tree Lighting on Wednesday, December 10th. On this evening, we will hold a special tree lighting. If you would like to shine a light upon our tree in honor or memory of a loved one you may reserve a light with a donation of $5.00. Our tree of light will shine through this Holiday Season.
