When you experience issues that block career advancement or interfere with your interpersonal relationships, you can expect help addressing those issues. We will help you develop coping skill

s and strategies that enable you to get unstuck and move forward intentionally. We offer NeurOptimal neurofeedback which has been shown in studies to be a powerful tool to boost your brain’s overall functioning including improvements in memory and concentration (symptoms of ADHD), decreased anxiety and depression symptoms improvement in sleep. NeurOptimal neurofeedback helps train the brain to regulate emotion which can accelerate progress toward your goals in counseling and coaching, you can discuss any questions you might have with your counselor or coach. One free demo session is available to all InTune counseling and coaching clients. Our offices are easily accessible from Plano, Dallas, Addison, Frisco, North Dallas, Preston Hollow, West Plano, Allen, and McKinney. Online counseling and therapy are available for those who reside in Texas. We strive to create a safe space where you can be heard, heal and grow without judgment. Our practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and open to all people who desire to live a more “In Tune” life.

Recently, I discovered that making a customized Archetypal Activation box is my new passion!

What an absolute joy it was to pick each item representing the each of the Archetypes for my client’s milestone birthday. The symbolic items help us to tap into the subconscious, to bring to light what is beneath the surface waiting to be discovered.

My goal was to help her celebrate the wonder in the present moment, honor and integrate the lessons of the past, while consciously creating a future that is in tune with her deepest desires as she sheds the tired roles she has been playing for so long, to become more fully her true self!

This awesome client is the perfect example of what it looks like when you do the work! Utilizing Archetypes at Work in conjunction with deep Enneagram work, results show clearly that we CAN change in midlife and beyond!
