InTune Wellness provides services including counseling, coaching, neurofeedback and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy with a focus on healing and building resilience, focus, satisfaction & meaning in your life. When you experience issues that block career advancement or interfere with your interpersonal relationships, you can expect help addressing those issues. We will help you develop coping skills and strategies that enable you to get unstuck and move forward intentionally. We offer NeurOptimal neurofeedback which has been shown in studies to be a powerful tool to boost your brain’s overall functioning including improvements in memory and concentration (symptoms of ADHD), decreased anxiety and depression symptoms improvement in sleep. NeurOptimal neurofeedback helps train the brain to regulate emotion which can accelerate progress toward your goals in counseling and coaching, you can discuss any questions you might have with your counselor or coach. One free demo session is available to all InTune counseling and coaching clients. Our offices are easily accessible from Plano, Dallas, Addison, Frisco, North Dallas, Preston Hollow, West Plano, Allen, and McKinney. Online counseling and therapy are available for those who reside in Texas. We strive to create a safe space where you can be heard, heal and grow without judgment. Our practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and open to all people who desire to live a more “In Tune” life.
