We were in the mood to bake again yesterday, this time everything pumpkin! We sampled our hard work after we played our favorite game, bingo! Nothing says Fall or Thanksgiving like a homemade pumpkin pie... or if you don't care for pie, a pumpkin dump cake. It was delicious! 🥧🍁

This week, some of our Leadership Team enjoyed attending the 8th Annual 16 Over 60 Awards Gala hosted by Senior Neighbors. This event features 16 inspiring older adult honorees whose purpose and commitment to service help improve the lives of other and our community of Kent County. 💙

What a beautiful fall day to head to our local Cracker Barrel for lunch! We had a delightful time enjoying delicious food, games, a cozy fire, good conversation & laughter. It was a wonderful way to end our week!

Thank you to Brighton Hospice - Grand Rapids, MI for spending the afternoon sharing some love with our staff! We appreciate the wonderful connections we have with care partners in our community! 🧡

Hospice Aides Stephanie and Caylee were with Case Manager, Caitlin, sharing sunshine with the Wyoming Woods team yesterday! Nothing like a bright flower bouquet say thank you for the execellent care provided by the teams at our referral partners. 🌸🌺
