Breakfast of Champions! đź’Ş

Sprouted Ezekiel muffins topped with MiYoko’s oat milk butter, MaraNatha crunchy almond butter and banana slices.

Oh, and some runny hotel oatmeal with raisins.  

Stayed at the La Quinta Hotel (they allow pets so Charlie, Lola, and Teddy came with) in Cedar City Utah for an overnight stay before heading to Jackson Hole.
