Schedule & Pay:
2 days per week
4-4.5 hrs per shift 8-9 hours per week

CDC states “handwashing is the most effective method to prevent infectious disease”, so we need to be more intentional about promoting (preaching) handwashing/hand hygiene efforts as a tool to prevent COVID, Flu, RSV, CMV, and many other respiratory infections!



This year is the 22nd National Handwashing Awareness Week December 5-11 that started in Cincinnati 1999 during a Flu vaccine shortage that was a healthy year for both the community and schools. We cannot solely rely on parents, teachers, school nurses or some insightful person by chance to teach handwashing, as our hands are the primary mechanism spreading respiratory infections like the Flu and COVID. So, during National Handwashing Awareness Week let’s make handwashing a HABIT by getting our community, schools, businesses and places of worship to be more intentional about reinforcing hand hygiene behavior to be a part of the solution to prevent the Flu and end this Pandemic!
