I’m excited to share that on October 9, I had the privilege of presenting at the Mental Health and Education Conference “Illuminate The Path, Better Together.” My session, “Understanding the Importance of the Immigration Story of Our Children,” allowed me to connect with numerous school counselors and teachers, sharing our impactful work aimed at transforming the lives of immigrant children.The conference provided an invaluable platform for exchanging experiences and knowledge. We engaged in meaningful discussions exploring ways to better support immigrant students in our educational systems.I was thoroughly impressed by the event’s organization and the caliber of attendees. The collaborative atmosphere reinforced the importance of our work and left me energized and inspired.Looking forward to participating in future events and continuing to make a difference in the lives of immigrant children through education and mental health support.
