All services covered 100% by Medicare. The goal of our agency is to improve or maintain the health status of our clients to keep them as independent as possible in their living situation and to reduce or eliminate hospitalization or re-hospitalization. Care to those who experience a decline in health or have experienced recent falls or other incidents. Clients recovering from illnesses, disease, diabetic teaching and management, medication management, among others.
