Some of you might of noticed I’ve been a bit MIA lately. So here is a little of what I’ve been up to.
The past nine months I’ve been living in DR trying to recenter. Trying to find my way in this life. Like so many of you, I’ve suffered many loses in this lifetime. I found myself lost and dissatisfied with the way I was living my life. I got the opportunity to relocate and start over.
So here I am, helping clients get their health back in a different way. Here is my brother Loving husband, father, son and brother. Struggling to maintain his health due to the hustle of the American lifestyle. Constantly working (sitting all day) and not having enough down time to really even think about how his body is affected by that.
He has been down here@with me for two weeks and is already seeing amazing progress. Not only is he looking better, but more importantly feeling better. Follow us on his journey back to health.
As we go forward I will be posting what we i have him doing on a daily basis.

Had to take my shirt off for this one.😬. It’s been a long time since I’ve done this much weight. But it felt good. Worked my way up from 2 pates on each side for 20 reps. Went up by two plates for 15 reps each set. Until I got to 7 plates, shown here for 10 reps. I moved on to stiff legged dumbbell deadlifts, then leg extensions. 🦵🏼🏋🏼‍♀️

Tuve que quitarme la camisa para este. Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que hice tanto peso. Pero se sintió bien. Trabajé mi camino desde 2 patines en cada lado durante 20 repeticiones. Subió dos platos para 15 repeticiones cada serie. Hasta que llegué a 7 platos, que se muestran aquí para 10 repeticiones. Pasé al peso mu**to con mancuernas con las piernas rígidas y luego a las extensiones de piernas.

Go for it...

These pictures are some of the different stages the body goes through during a body building competition prep. It doesn’t show all the hard work, the dedication and sacrifice it takes to build the body of your dreams. Like many, it’s just a quick shot of something that looked perfect for a split second.

If you are thinking of competing and challenging yourself, don’t hod back. Take the plunge, enjoy the journey, learn from your mistakes and congratulate yourself on your accomplishments. This can be a lifelong career or a short lived experience. Whatever your decision, enjoy it while it lasts.

Don’t ever tell yourself that you can’t... Especially if you haven’t committed to it. We were all born with the same knowledge, and through the years we do different things to set ourselves apart. So why not you? Why not now? I was two months short of my 35th birthday when I stepped on stage for the first time. I’ve competed twice since then, qualified and competed at nationals. I’ve enjoyed the experience, and knowledge I've picked up along the way.

What direction will you take? Whatever it is, let it be the direction of health and wellness. If you don’t know where to start, hit me up.. If I can’t help you, I’m sure i can lead you in the right direction..
