Meadows On Fairview residents were delighted to welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus for an evening filled with family photos, festive joy and fun.  We were also happy to hear all residents in the community are on Santa‘s nice list! 🎄

Last night, we gathered with our Cottage residents and their loved ones for a heartwarming prime rib Christmas dinner at Meadows On Fairview. The room was filled with laughter, holiday cheer, and the joy of being together. Moments like these remind us that the greatest gift is the time spent with those we love.❤️ 🎄

On Tuesday evening, Meadows On Fairview hosted the annual Christmas prime rib dinner for residents and their families. Everyone enjoyed delicious food, photos, and a jolly surprise from the man in red. Laughter and warm conversations filled the community with joy and togetherness.

We are excited to celebrate that Meadows on Fairview has been named to the 2026 U.S. News and World Report Best Nursing Homes list for High Performing Short-Term Rehabilitation! 🎉

This recognition highlights strong staffing, more therapy time and outstanding outcomes for the older adults we serve.

We are proud to be honored alongside our fellow Ebenezer communities in both the short-term rehab and long-term care categories.
