Our yoga classes have a little remix for this week. Due to some instructor vacations, we’ve switched things up — and honestly, you might love it even more.

This week only:
🧘 Wednesday 6pm – Hatha 60 with Cody
Think strength, stretch, and “wow, I can actually touch my toes now."

😌 Thursday 6pm – Restorative Yoga with Charles
