What is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy? It is a natural way to supplement the body’s own hormone levels. Recently, the FDA removed the blanket black box warning language from several hormone therapy labels, acknowledging what many providers have known for a long time: hormone therapy isn’t automatically unsafe. It depends on the person, the dose, and how it’s delivered.

That’s why at Renewed Vitality, we focus on individualized care, including options like pellet therapy, when appropriate.

Pellet therapy uses consistent, low-dose hormone delivery and avoids the daily ups and downs that can come with some creams or pills. For many patients, it’s a simple, steady option that fits real life, not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Modern hormone care looks very different than it did 20+ years ago, and your treatment plan should reflect that.

With over 23 years of nursing experience across hospitals, urgent care, and office settings, Holly brings a deep dedication to patient care and a passion for preventative and integrative medicine.

Her journey with Renewed Vitality began as a patient, where she connected with our personalized and compassionate approach to healthcare and now she’s joining us to deliver that same care to others.

Outside the office, Holly loves running, walking her dogs, and relaxing at her family’s Bethany Beach home. She and her husband also enjoy traveling to Dave Matthews Band concerts whenever they can! At home in Gilbertsville, life is full with four kids, two golden doodles, and five cats.
