Last week, we had the honor of joining The Golden Focus Project at Berks Encore in Shillington!

Alexis and Brittany helped prepare the clients for their model photos with hand massages, aromatherapy, painted nails, makeup, and hair touch-ups.

A special thank you to Berks Encore, Grey Girl Photography, and Our Time Salon for allowing us to be part of such a heartwarming event. It was incredibly meaningful to help these geriatric clients feel beautiful and capture photos they can cherish for the rest of their lives.

This two-day spa experience gave clients the opportunity to reminisce on their younger years, feel pampered, and truly shine for the day. We are grateful to have shared in such a special experience!

They are the masterminds behind the complex puzzle of coordinating care, managing over 100+ schedules while adapting in real time to changing caregiver availability, client needs, hospital transitions, and last-minute call-offs. Their ability to stay organized, flexible, and responsive ensures continuity of care for every client we serve.

Working diligently throughout the day, and often beyond, our scheduling team collaborates closely with our back-office staff to keep operations running seamlessly. Their commitment plays a vital role in maintaining our 100% show-up rate for clients.

Alexis previously served as a Scheduling Coordinator and brings nine years of healthcare experience to her role. She is compassionate, team-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional support to both clients and colleagues.

Her passion for serving others—particularly the geriatric population—is evident in her ability to build meaningful connections with clients and their families.

Outside of work, Alexis is a proud mother to her daughter, Loveayah. She enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, and embracing her Italian heritage.
