A gentle, full body, hands-on approach to healing. Ilene is a Physical Therapist, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. degree in Physical Education Studies.

She holds a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, a B.S. Ilene has successfully been serving the tri-county area for over 35 years and has extensive and diversified experience in occupational health, acute care, continuing care, and out-patient care. Among the many areas of her expertise is the treatment of joint sprains/strains, balance training, gait training, and neck and back pain. In addition, Ilene has studied complementary alternative treatments and authentic healing systems. It was her personal experiences of healing and growth that drew her
towards becoming a John Barnes' Myofascial Release therapist. Ilene opened Integral Physical Therapy. LLC 14 years ago with the vision of filling the gap between Traditional PT and Complementary Medicine, to provide pain relief, an improved quality of life, and to facilitate healing on all levels. WE'RE MOVING!

Dear Valued Clients (current, past, and future),

I'm excited to announce that starting April 9, 2025, we’ll be welcoming you at our new location:

1290 Broadcasting Rd, Suite 116, Wyomissing, PA 19610 (inside the RE/MAX building).

Our new office is just 3 miles west of our current location, with plenty of level parking and ground-floor access. You'll find this quite accessible, easy to get to, and receive the same caring service you’ve come to expect.

The last day at our current location will be April 3rd. We'll be closed April 4-8 for the move, reopening April 9 at the new location.
