It is so great for us to say we are F I N A L L Y reopen! It’s been a long 107 days and we couldn’t be happier to be here seeing all your smiling faces. Before coming in, please note our new protocols to keep U, your families, and the rest of the Healthy U fam safe:

- Please wear a mask when you enter and walk through the studio. You won’t have to wear a mask while working out, but we’ll keep ours on.
- Someone from our team will take your temperature before you enter the building for tour session. If you’re not feeling well or someone in your family is sick, please text your coach and reschedule. No hard feelings, we promise!
- Our smoothie bar is still open to members and to the public! We’re also doing curbside pickup. To place your order, just text 610-914-3623 and tell us what you’d like and what time. Please give us a 20 minute lead time.

This is the prime example of WHY I love helping people see results. Does your trainer hold you accountable, does your trainer set your goals for fitness, life, and personal growth? I am also willing to bet your trainer gives you a cookie cutter diet and doesn’t know how to count macros. If they don’t it is time to move on. Thanks for being a great client and a great future personal trainer!!! Lets keep it going! 💪🏼💪🏼
