This soothing practice blends gentle heat therapy with deeply restorative yoga to help you unwind on every level. Using blankets, bolsters, and other supportive props, you’ll be comfortably held in each posture—inviting your body to soften and your mind to settle.

As you relax into these fully supported poses, Maddie will offer nurturing hands-on assists with warm stones, adding comforting heat and grounding weight for an even deeper sense of release.

Join us for this workshop to gain an awareness of the pelvic floor and its role in everything we do. Pelvic health specialist, Dr. Morgan McCammit PT/DPT will provide insight on the many roles of the pelvic floor and how it may be telling you it needs help!

Awareness of the pelvic floor will be explored through a yoga practice guided by Jess G. The poses being taught are often used in pelvic physical therapy to get in touch with the strong and complex muscles of the hip region. Morgan will be present throughout the practice to assist and answer questions.
