Today, we’re honoring Jenna — a therapist on our team and fellow loss mom — as she shares the story of her daughter, Charlee Mae. 💗

Through her words, Jenna reminds us of the power of community and the importance of speaking about our babies, our grief, and our love. She credits the compassionate nurse staff who stood beside her and the Adalyn Rose Foundation for providing support that helped her feel less alone.

Her message is one we all need to hear:

As we hold space for the many ways loss touches our community, we also hold space for the stories within our own walls.

Today, we honor Izzy’s story, shared in memory of her baby, Carson — a story of courage, intuition, and deep love that continues to remind us what it means to trust your body and be present through grief.

Izzy shared what she wants others in the loss community to know:
✨ “It’s okay to trust your body.”
✨ “It’s okay to be present.”
✨ “It’s okay to have life after loss while remembering the one you lost.”

Carson’s story — and Izzy’s courage — remind us that love after loss is still love. 💚

As we wrap up October, we want to take a quiet moment to honor the stories, emotions, and healing that have been shared this month.

October holds special meaning as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month — a time to recognize the strength, love, and courage of families who carry loss in their hearts. To every woman and family walking this journey: your love is seen, your grief is valid, and your story matters.

This month reminded us that awareness is more than reflection — it’s connection. It’s the gentle act of listening, showing up for one another, and offering compassion where words sometimes fall short.

This month, our team came together in a way that words can barely capture. 💜

We spent time holding space — sharing tears, stories, and silence — as we honored the experiences of both our community and our own team members who have walked through loss.

In partnership with The Adalyn Rose Foundation, we hosted a workshop, “Still Born, Still Loved,” facilitated by Angie Chelton, and held space during the Wave of Light — a time to remember every baby gone too soon and every heart that carries their memory.

Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing some of our stories — reflections of grief, strength, and love that continue to shape who we are as clinicians, parents, and humans.

Because every story deserves to be seen, felt, and remembered — Community reminds us that even in our deepest pain, we are never meant to heal alone. 💜
