We’re so happy to welcome Danielle to the team! 💛

Danielle is a trauma-informed Therapist and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who has been supporting children, teens, adults, and families since 2012. She has a special passion for helping girls and women work through trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and other difficult life experiences with compassion, safety, and care.

One of the things people love most about her is how calm, grounded, and easy she is to talk to. She creates a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, feel truly seen, and know they’re supported every step of the way. With experience in private practice, shelters, hospitals, schools, and community settings, she brings both warmth and deep clinical knowledge into the work she does.

She works with clients ages 12+ and is also open to working with families, including parents and families with neurodivergent children. She offers virtual sessions throughout Pennsylvania as well as in-person sessions at our Wyomissing office. Please note that she does not see couples.

We already know the care and support she brings is going to mean so much to our community, and we can’t wait for everyone to get to know her!

Today we’re celebrating the incredible mental health providers on our team and feeling so much gratitude for the heart they bring into this work every single day. 💗

Our therapists show up with compassion, patience, empathy, warmth, and genuine care for the people they serve. They sit with clients through grief, anxiety, trauma, transitions, heartbreak, healing, and growth, and they do it with so much intention and humanity. The work they do matters deeply, and we see the impact of it every day.

What makes Everlasting Wellness so special is not only the care our therapists give to clients, but also the care they give to one another. Over time, our team has truly become like family. There is so much support, encouragement, kindness, collaboration, and love within this group, and it’s because of the people who make up this practice.

We are endlessly proud of our therapists and so thankful to work alongside people who care this deeply about others and about each other. 💗 To our team, thank you for bringing your whole hearts into this work. It does not go unnoticed.

Today we’re celebrating Paige’s 1-year work anniversary! 🎉

Paige (LAPC & EMDR Provider), is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting women through major life transitions. She specializes in the unique challenges of the perinatal period, including pregnancy and postpartum, as well as navigating separation, divorce, and the emotional impact of time apart from children due to custody arrangements. Paige works with adolescents (14+), adults, and couples, providing virtual services throughout Pennsylvania and in person at our Wyomissing office.

We are so grateful for the care, empathy, and dedication Paige has brought to our team over the past year. While she is currently enjoying maternity leave, we’re celebrating all she has contributed and look forward to welcoming her back in the future. 💛 Happy Workiversary, Paige!

Happy 3 Year Workiversary to Kayla, Chellie, & Nikki! 💛✨

It’s hard to put into words just how much these women have poured into Everlasting Wellness over the last three years. Each of them has worked so hard to grow into the incredible therapists they are today, and their dedication, compassion, and heart have helped shape this practice in so many meaningful ways.

Kayla (LCSW) brings warmth, authenticity, humor, and such a genuine ability to help people feel comfortable being themselves. Along with the amazing work she does with clients, she has also stepped into the role of ASCEND Collective Supervisor, continuing to support and mentor others with the same care and intention she brings into every space.

Chellie (LPC) has created such an affirming and empowering space for women navigating ADHD and AuDHD, helping so many people feel understood in ways they may have never experienced before. Her insight, passion, and ability to meet people where they are is something truly special.

Nikki’s (LCSW) compassion and dedication to supporting mothers and women healing from trauma continues to touch so many lives. She creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and deeply cared for while navigating some of life’s hardest experiences.

These women have contributed so much to our team, our clients, and our community, and we are endlessly grateful for all they do. Thank you for three amazing years! We are so lucky to celebrate this milestone with you. 💛

Some of our team had the chance to attend the second annual Pennsylvania Menopause Conference today. It was a meaningful day full of learning, wellness, connection, and important conversations around menopause and women’s health.

A huge shoutout to our very own Chellie Adler for hosting a breakout session on late diagnosis ADHD and menopause in women. We love seeing these conversations being brought into spaces that encourage education, awareness, and support for women across all stages of life.

Really grateful for opportunities like this that allow us to continue learning and bringing that knowledge back into the work we do every day. 💜

It’s National Nurses Day 🤍

To the nurses in L&D, postpartum, NICU, and maternal health, you truly deserve to be celebrated. The way you show up in some of life’s most vulnerable, emotional, and life-changing moments is nothing short of incredible.

You’re not just providing care, you’re noticing the small shifts, listening without rushing, offering reassurance when it’s needed most, and holding space in ways that don’t always get recognized. You care for mothers not only physically, but emotionally too, and that kind of presence stays with people long after they leave your care.

We see the heart, the dedication, and the impact you bring every single day, and we’re so grateful for you.

💛 This week is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, and it feels so important to say the quiet parts out loud.

1 in 5 moms will experience a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder, such as postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, or rage, and most won’t receive the support they need. In fact, maternal mental health conditions are the leading complication of childbirth. That’s a lot to hold.

We live in a culture that celebrates the baby, but often gets uncomfortable when a mother says she’s struggling. And that silence doesn’t help anyone. The truth is, motherhood can be beautiful and fulfilling, and also overwhelming and isolating. Both can exist at the same time. You don’t have to push through it alone. Needing support doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means you’re human. You deserve care that feels safe, supportive, and real.

Check in on the people around you. Ask the mom how she is doing, not just how the baby is. And if any part of this feels close to home, you’re not alone.💛
