Seasonal Affective Disorder is in its prime with the lingering gloomy weather…so we are looking for those people that you have noticed just aren’t themselves, they don’t want to leave the house, they might not be returning your calls or text…they just can’t shake it and there hasn’t been something specific to create the mood change…

Our SAD sessions are geared towards assisting them through this season! It is an hour-long session that combines proven therapies to boost energy and lift your mood❤️
