✨ Ground Yourself in the Present (Use the 5-4-3-2-1 technique to engage your senses and bring yourself back to the present moment.)
✨ Practice Deep Breathing (Try box breathing to regulate your nervous system by focusing on slow, controlled inhales and exhales.)
✨ Use Positive Self-Talk (Remind yourself that you are safe, and separate the trigger from your current reality with reassuring thoughts.)
