Wythe Physician Practices High Five Hero Award Winner – August 2025- Amanda Dent, LPN

Wythe Physician Practices is proud to recognize Amanda Dent as our High Five Hero Award Winner for the month of August.

Amanda may have only been with Wythe Physician Practices for a handful of months, but she has already made a tremendous impact. As the nurse for Jill Snider, FNP-C, at Family Care on the Ridge, Amanda has played a key role in setting up the clinic and ensuring patients receive the quality care they deserve.

Amanda brings with her a true “want-to” attitude. She wants to see the practice succeed, she wants to care for patients, she wants to support her coworkers, and she wants to make communities healthier. Her compassion for both patients and colleagues is unmatched, and she consistently goes above and beyond without being asked. Whether it’s stepping in to assist another clinic, provider, or staff member, Amanda is often the first to say, “Can I do this?” or “Can we try this?” She is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and provide the highest standard of care.

Her initiative, dedication, and passion for making a difference embody the values of Wythe Physician Practices. Amanda has quickly become an invaluable part of the Family Care on the Ridge team alongside Jill Snider, FNP-C, Ethan Miller, FNP, and the entire clinic staff.

Family Care on the Ridge may be one of our newer practices, but with leaders like Amanda, it is already making a lasting mark on the community. We are grateful for Amanda’s hard work and proud to honor her with this month’s High Five Hero Award.
