High Five Hero Award – January Winner Announced

We are proud to announce that Leslie “Dee” Gregory, RN, has been selected as the High Five Hero Award winner for the month of January in recognition of her outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication.

Dee has played a vital role in the successful startup of our new Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice. From day one, she has demonstrated a true go-get-it attitude, approaching every challenge with positivity, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset. Dee never complains, never misses work, and is consistently punctual—setting a strong example for the entire team.

Highly organized and proactive, Dee ensures that Dr. Strominger has everything he needs, exactly when he needs it, often staying one step ahead to anticipate needs before they arise. Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the smooth daily operations and overall success of our ENT practice.

We are extremely fortunate to have such an experienced and dedicated registered nurse on our team. Dee’s support of our new physician, Dr. Strominger, and her integral role in building this practice have made a lasting impact.
