Times can be hard during the holiday season and God has placed it on our hearts to help where we can.

On Saturday November 29 from 4:30-6:30 we are offering 100 free Hot Thanksgiving Box Meals for any who are in need. No questions asked.

Boxes will have Ham, two sides, roll, brownie, and canned drink or bottled water.

Pick up will be at Narrows First United Methodist Church, 398 Main Street, Narrows, Va from 4:30-6:30 on Saturday November 29.

We are also able to deliver meals fo those who are unable to get out. If you are in need of delivery or know of someone who would be in need to have a meal delivered to them please call or text 276-870-5020 with the address and number of boxes needed.

The Thanksgiving holiday is almost upon us, which means
(a) you'd better nail down your travel arrangements;
(b) it's time to hear "I'm not ready for the holidays" as often as Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You;"
(c) there's no guarantee that anything you put in the mail will reach its destination by Christmas;
(d) no one knows what to get anyone else for Christmas either; or
(e) all of the above.
This year, why not start the holidays off by giving God an hour of your time to say 'thank you'? You're invited to join us at 10:00 a.m. for our worship service. We have hymns, prayer, silence, Scripture, and a sermon.
Sunday school begins at 9:00 a.m.
Put the holidays in perspective. Give yourself some time to relax. Let God love on you before the hustle and bustle of the season overwhelms you.
Come and join us. You'll be glad you did!
