🤫 Want to know a secret?

Most of the time when I see someone with plantar fasciitis, it’s their biggest complaint… but it’s rarely the real problem.

Plantar fasciitis is usually just a downstream consequence of something happening further up the chain (like the ankles, knees, hips, or even your core).

That’s why when you Google “how to fix plantar fasciitis,” most of the advice you’ll find is like mopping up water from a leaky ceiling instead of fixing the roof. 🏠💧

Sure, you might feel better for a bit… but the problem keeps coming back until you address the root cause.

👉 If you’ve been dealing with stubborn foot pain that just won’t go away, don’t settle for temporary fixes. With the right approach, you can get lasting relief — and get back to doing the things you love pain-free.

💡 Moms — ever feel like pain is slowing you down?

Whether it’s back aches, knee pain, or just feeling “off,” it’s tough to keep up with your kids and family when your body isn’t cooperating.

Here’s the thing: tylenol doesnt have to be your best friend and shouldn’t even have a place in your MySpace top 5 friends list in order to get back to living pain-free. 🙌

I help moms feel strong, active, and capable again—so you can enjoy the moments that matter most. 💪❤️

Who's up for a kitchen and bathroom remodel? Sounds fun, but let's get real - without fixing the foundation, you're just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Your body works the same way: issues with your feet, or “foundation” can snowball into headaches, shoulder pain, back pain, hip pain, or knee pain. So, what should you look out for? Check if your shoes wear down unevenly from each other, if your feet look flat when you're standing barefoot, if your kneecaps aren't in line with your second toes when standing and looking in a mirror, or if one or both feet are rotated out like a duck. It’s not a hard fix, but the first step is addressing the foundation before working on the rest of the body.

🧠💥 Let’s Talk About Trapped Interstitial Inflammation 🧬🔥

Ever feel chronic fatigue, stiffness, or weird aches that just won’t go away—even though tests say you’re fine? It could be due to something called trapped interstitial inflammation.

Your body’s tissues are surrounded by fluid in the “interstitial space”—think of it like the plumbing between your cells. When inflammation gets trapped there, it doesn’t always show up in blood work, but it can silently cause swelling, pain, and tension in muscles and organs.

⚠️ Why it matters:
• It can mess with your lymphatic drainage and blood flow
• You may feel constantly sore or puffy
• It can mimic symptoms of autoimmune conditions or chronic fatigue
• It may contribute to brain fog, stiffness, or that “I just don’t feel right” feeling

The good news? There are ways to release it!

Your body is always talking. If it feels off, don’t ignore it—even if your labs are “normal.”
