🌱 Staff Spotlight: Meet Amanda Stratton our amazing CEO
At Bloom, growth starts with compassionate leadership and Amanda embodies that every single day. 💚

💭 Why Amanda Blooms at Bloom:
“Because I love it! I originally joined Bloom over 18 years ago thinking it would be a stepping stone while I transitioned back into education, but it didn’t take long before I fell in love with the individuals we serve, their families, and the work we do every day. I feel very fortunate to lead this organization alongside such amazing staff, board members, individuals served, and families. This job is not always easy, but it is always absolutely worth it.”

🌟 Favorite Part of Her Role:
Amanda’s favorite part of Bloom is all of the people who make every day unique. From the smiles each morning to the high-fives and fist bumps, she treasures the relationships she has built over the years and the opportunity to learn and grow alongside so many incredible people.

🌼 How Amanda Blooms Outside of Work:
Outside of Bloom, Amanda loves spending time with her husband John and her boys, Lewie and Alex, especially at sporting events. She also enjoys reading, trying new recipes, and working on puzzles.

We’re so grateful for Amanda’s heart, leadership, and dedication to the Bloom community each and every day. 💛

Hamvention has made its way into town! We expect for traffic in the area to be heavier than usual this Friday. Please be patient with our buses as they take their time to safely get everyone here and back home. We do expect delays on pick up and drop off times. We appreciate your patience and hope you have a great rest of the week!
