Seems in our current culture people try everything they can to numb the hard things in life and yet can hardly (if at all) enjoy the good.
Healing isn’t always easy. It’s not something one can push off on someone else or something you can just ‘manifest’.
It takes intentional work and effort. Often walking through the hard stuff of the past.
I’ve personally used many different ways to work on emotions and past events that carried their own level of trauma. Some modalities working better than others, in my opinion.
My favorite became EPT (emotional polarity technique). After years of being the client, I trained to become a practitioner.
If I could encourage one thing… it would be to give it a try.
