Last week, we had an amazing time at the annual Women in Business luncheon!

The highlight of the day? A super fun (and slightly competitive) white elephant gift exchange with plenty of “strategic stealing” to keep things interesting! 🎁🎄

The delicious food from McAlister’s Deli was the perfect addition to a day filled with laughter, connections, and celebrating the incredible women in our community.

Digital Watchman marked its 15th anniversary on Friday with a celebration at the Emerge Center Pavilion. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us for this special occasion. A big thank you to Xenia Mayor Sarah Mays, who recognized our contributions to the local economy, and to Donna Saraga and Nikki Welsh from the Xenia Chamber of Commerce for leading a unique ribbon re-tying ceremony. We also want to extend our appreciation to Kip Morris and Doug Vandyke, owners of Emerge, for their continued support, and to Elaine Bonner, Emerges’ philanthropist, who celebrated with us as well.

We are incredibly grateful to all of our customers and vendors, including IPS, who joined us for the celebration. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated employees and their families. You are the backbone of Digital Watchman, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

It was an incredible honor to be selected for the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program Cohort 4. Over the past 14 weeks, I had the privilege of connecting with so many amazing small business owners who have become lifelong friends. The knowledge I gained was truly invaluable, providing me with the tools to help my business grow. The program taught me how to set clear goals for Digital Watchman and provided a step-by-step roadmap to achieve it. I was also introduced to a network of professionals who can support me in reaching that goal. I’m proud to now call myself a Goldman Sachs 10KSB alum. The schedule was demanding, but I’m thrilled to have successfully completed the program.
