🚨New Policy🚨
We’ve tried hard to not have to do this, but recent appointments have forced us to create a new policy.
You will now notice that when you schedule, a credit card is required. We will ONLY charge this card if you do not call and no-show for your scheduled appointment.
While we absolutely value our customers above anything, our time and finances are also important. When you schedule an appointment, we have someone who goes in early to be sure the rooms are ready, lights are on and the salt is warm (yes, that’s something necessary to make the process work 😉). This person then also stays after your appointment to clean the room, clean the halogenerators, and gets the space ready for the next appointment.
We are incredibly thankful that 99% of the time, our customers are amazing at showing up at their scheduled time. We absolutely understand that sometimes you just forget - just give us a call and say just that. This only applies to those that don’t call and don’t show up.
