Compassion Care Center's page provides myth busters and facts relating to pregnancy. We also provide inspirational thoughts. Compassion Care Center provides free and confidential pregnancy and STD testing. We provide limited OB/GYN ultrasound to confirm a viable pregnancy. We provide treatment for most STD's. We offer prenatal and parenting classes. Our center is here to provide education and support to those who think they may be pregnant, to those who may have an STD, to those who are parenting infants and toddlers, and those who need post abortion support.

Keeping your child safe in the car is important—and Safe Kids Yadkin is here to help! Certified car seat technicians will be on-site to make sure your child is riding safely.

At the event, technicians will:
• Weigh and measure your child
• Properly install the car seat in your vehicle
• Check your car seat to ensure it’s installed correctly

Just fill out a short form with your name when you arrive, and a technician will assist you.
