It's the time of the year that we reflect back on our year and share the joys that we have received with others!

If you would like to share some joy with our residents, Pinebrook is currently looking for Christmas sponsors. Many of our residents at Pinebrook have no family. We try to make their Christmas as happy as possible.

$500 Sign on Bonus plus Hourly Incentive!

The RCC supports the Administrator and provides leadership to the Clinical Department.

Job responsibilities include:
* Ensures that clinical standards of excellence are met by ensuring that NC Rules and Regulations and company policies and procedures are being followed.

* Monitors and audits clinical procedures and documentation.

* Assists residents, pharmacy, physicians vendors and visitors in a friendly and cooperative manner.

* Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.

* Communicates changes of the physical and/or emotional status of residents to physicians.

* Maintains records in proper order.

* Responsible for managing and scheduling of clinical staff.

* Fills in on med cart if needed.

Must be willing to be available via telephone 24/7, unless on scheduled vacation.

Qualifications:

* Current NC CNA or PCA certification.

* Current NC Med Tech certification.

* At least 2 years verifiable experience in a supervisory position in assisted living.

* High School diploma
