Integrity's Yadkinville Properties is currently hiring for dietary staff at our assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities include preparing food while maintaining a sanitary condition in cooking and dining premises. Must be capable of preparing food following instructions while adhering to all safety and health standards.

Experience in food service preferred, but not required.

The Dietary Supervisor position entails the following:

* Manage the day to day operations of our dietary department. Includes supervision of staff and oversight of meal preparation as well as maintaining the department budget.

* Responsible for safe food handling and preparing appetizing and palatable meals for our residents following state approved menus.

* Ensure a positive dining experience for our residents.

* Responsible for health requirements and ensuring cleanliness of facilities kitchens and dining rooms.

* Able to understand and follow policies and procedures as well as state and local standards that govern assisted living.

Qualifications:
* Must have at least 1 year verifiable cooking experience.

* Must have at least 1 year verifiable experience supervising staff.
