✨ When life feels heavy or uncertain, gratitude can be our anchor. Even in darker times, there are always small lights to notice and appreciate.

This week I’m grateful for the joy of my puppy helper 🐾 (Tango, my precious little assistant this Monday and Tuesday), the kindness of wonderful clients, and the beauty of clear blue skies above.

Sometimes it’s these little reminders that help us breathe deeper, soften into the moment, and remember that brighter days are always here—sometimes we just need to pause and look.

Look who stopped by my space today—a tiny weaver of wisdom and creation. Spider medicine is a gentle reminder to weave our own reality with intention, patience, and trust in the process. 🕸️

Thank you, little one, for visiting and reminding me that every thread we spin in life contributes to a greater masterpiece. Spider teaches us to balance between past and future, physical and spiritual, crafting our path with creativity and mindfulness.
