New recipe for breakfast this morning, mostly because my fridge was lacking a lot of my normal produce. This creation turned out delicious, packed full of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, calcium, fiber amongst many more nutrients! If you’re having a hard time getting your greens in daily, here’s a delicious way. Your gut will thank you!!!

*Two heads of organic Romain lettuce
4 cups / handfuls of baby spinach
1 organic banana
2 Organic kiwi, fruit skinned
One handful of green organic grapes
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
A splash or two of toasted coconut almond milk, or nut milk of your choice.
