Hi there! There’s been a lot of new faces and I would love to introduce myself to those who have been thinking about pelvic therapy but have no idea what it involves, what conditions we treat, and how it can make a difference.
I am Jordan and grew up in the Yakima area, attendingg Selah High School and went onto WSU (go cougs!) and UNLV for my doctorate of physical therapy. I worked in different settings until I discovered my passion for helping women specifically. I took many pelvic health courses at UC Davis and worked for an OBGYN until I felt confident to go out on my own and began H.E.R. (Heal. Empower. Restore.) Pelvic Health PT and feel fortunate to be a part of so many healing journeys for so many women in the CA area and now the WA area, where I am now back home.
If you are experiencing symptoms of leakage, heaviness, frequent urination, high urgency to urinate, chronic constipation, any bowel issues at all, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, hip/low back pain, abdominal pain, or pain with in*******se and it is getting in the way of your quality of LIFE, please know these issues can be easily assessed and fixed. You don’t have to live like this❤️ There is an internal assessment and external, full body assessment.
You should be able to:
-Enjoy s*x
-Jump on trampolines
-Return to exercise symptom free
-Have regular, healthy bowel movements
-P*e every 2-4 hours
-Walk a mile without heaviness
-Go into birth feeling confident and ready
-Feel back to “normal” after birth
FYI, every woman has pelvic floor PT after ever birth and every female surgery in Europe. What are we doing America! Let’s make sure our women are taken care of!!!! 👏🏻🤰🏼💁🏻♀️🙋♀️💆🏾♀️💃🏾
