Dear Clients,
I wanted to take a moment to share an update regarding my availability and hours of operation.
My massage hours will continue to be weekends only, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, by appointment only.

As we move into the summer months, availability will become more limited, so I encourage booking in advance when possible.
As an individually owned and operated business, there is only one of me available for scheduling and treatments. During the week, I work full-time, and on weekends I dedicate my time to my business—while also balancing life as a mom of two and making time for my family.

I am incredibly grateful for each of you who has supported me over the years, especially through the times I stepped away and returned after having my children. Your continued support truly means so much to me.

At this point in my journey, I am learning the importance of setting healthy limits and honoring what I am realistically able to give, rather than overextending myself. This allows me to show up fully present and provide the best care possible for each of you.

I completely understand the frustration that can arise when appointments are unexpectedly canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies. While I strive to avoid such disruptions, there are times when these situations are beyond our control.

I truly appreciate your understanding and patience during these times, as we work to reschedule and ensure that your care remains a priority.

This being said, I do not believe in negative or hostile statements toward myself or my work ethic due to these unforseen circumstances. I am a helper and healer with limitations like every human being. Unapologetically my family and my health come first. If I feel my current state will be unbeneficial or harmful, I will not jeprodize keeping your appointment at the risk to you or others.
