Our bodies are designed to be healthy and to heal. If there are underlying barriers and nutritional challenges present, this can prevent the body from healing. In my practice, I focus on identifying the underlying nutritional challenges and barriers. Addressing these in an individually designed program of lifestyle changes and nutritional supplementation can be very effective. These barriers to healing may include food sensitivities, immune challenges, active scars, heavy metal and chemical toxicity. These barriers can be present in the body without you being aware of them. These could be keeping you from not healing, sleeping, having fertility success, losing weight, having more energy or just feeling good. Those who suffer from being chronically sick, having allergies, or digestive issues can benefit from addressing these barriers. Behavioral and emotional symptoms may also be affected. Once these barriers are overcome it’s amazing how quickly you can begin to heal and feel better. Children also benefit greatly from addressing these barriers and challenges. It just takes a simple nutrition-based physical exam to get started.
