💔 Have you ever found your mom or dad crying, and they couldn’t quite explain why? It’s heartbreaking—and more common than we think.

As people age, anxiety can creep in quietly. It might show up as restlessness, trouble sleeping, or sudden tears. Sometimes it’s triggered by health concerns, loneliness, or the fear of losing independence. And often, they won’t tell you they’re anxious—they’ll just say they’re “tired” or “not feeling like themselves.”

💡 What You Can Do:
- Start the conversation. A simple “How are you really feeling?” can open the door.
- Encourage routine. Structure and predictability can ease anxious minds.
- Stay connected. Isolation fuels anxiety—regular calls, visits, or community activities help.
- Seek professional help. Therapy and medication can be life-changing, even later in life.
