Dear Friends and Family,
With the Stay At Home directive that was issued Sunday night for Yakima County, there have been patients questioning if we are still open.
The answer in short is Yes, we are still open. The Washington State Chiropractic Association (WSCA) has called on chiropractors to remain open and accept patients to help with healthcare efforts in our community.
There are many ways that we assist in easing the burden placed on the hospital system:
We specialize in evaluation and treatment of people who are in a car accident in order to keep them out of the emergency room when possible.
We evaluate and treat acute and chronic lower back pain. This includes helping patients that work for emergency services to be able to perform their best.
We are equipped with state of the art Digital X-ray in our clinic. So, if you are injured, we are able to determine if your injury requires advanced medical care.
We treat debilitating headaches, which helps limit patients visiting the ER seeking relief.
We evaluate and treat patients who have suffered from falls or whiplash injuries. This includes the diagnosing of Concussion.
These are only a short list of the many things that we are able to provide to our patients, further lessening the burden placed on the hospital and urgent care centers.
We continue to serve Yakima and remain committed to its residents by providing chiropractic and massage therapy services. We also would like to remind patients to stay safe during this time. Please practice social distancing, wash your hands regularly, and stay at home as necessary. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and rest. During this time, we will waive any cancellation fees due to sickness.
Thank you for trusting us with your health! We appreciate you.
