Renú is dedicated to bringing the best instructors, modern facilities to Yakima, Washington. We are in business to see the lives of every person who walks through our doors change, through the practice of yoga and the relationships created here. Our intention is to assist students in the development of their physical, mental, and spiritual well being from the moment you walk in. We firmly believe in first impressions; promising that you will be greeted with a friendly smile and feel right at home when welcomed by our instructors. Knowing that every student’s body is different, our instructors will provide knowledge and help guide your practice while being aware of your specific needs. The Renú Hot Yoga studio is a safe place where yogis of all levels can come together and grow. Renú Hot Yoga will teach heated hatha, blend and flow as well as non-heated hatha, blend, flow and yin classes.

Have you been dreaming of deepening your yoga practice or stepping into the role of instructor? 🌿 The moment’s finally here! Join our 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training this May at Renú! 🧘‍♀️

Over the course of a 5-month immersive and comprehensive journey, you’ll explore anatomy, asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, sequencing, yoga philosophy & history, and so much more.

This program is designed to prepare you to teach with confidence from day one after graduation, should you choose to step into teaching, while also transforming the way you experience and understand your personal practice. 💛

We’ve been waiting for the right time to bring this intentionally and mindfully designed training back and it feels perfect.

If you’ve been curious about Ashtanga or just want to challenge your yoga practice in a new way, this one’s for you. Expect steady breath, mindful movement, and plenty of moments to build strength and focus (oh, and did we mention it’s free?😜)
