The Patient Relations Coordinator utilizing excellent customer service skills supports and directs the patient experience including setting the tone for the environment of the clinic. Some of the responsibilities include: responding to phone and online patient inquiries, insurance verification and acquisitions of necessary authorizations, referral screening, scheduling and coordinating patient visits and provider schedules, and collecting co-pays. This position requires well-developed critical thinking skills and places significant emphasis on process and procedures. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
