Yesterday’s culinary medicine on Meal Prepping on a Budget with students from

Students did a fantastic job executing their recipes and presentations. Student need to complete four of the 8 sessions to be eligible to participate in a culinary medicine demonstration to earn certification. I’ll post when those are coming up. They are free to the public and support these excellent students.
