We had a great time participating in La Salle High School’s Vocation Day, sharing what it’s like to be an architect and talking with students about the many paths into the architectural profession.
We discussed design, problem‑solving, creativity, and how architecture shapes the communities we live in. Helping young people understand that architecture blends art, science, and service is always rewarding—and giving back to our local schools makes it even more meaningful.

We’re incredibly honored to have played a role in the recent improvements to the Yakima County Courthouse.

Hearing Chief Justice Debra Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court recognize the importance of this work is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together. These upgrades aren’t just about the building — they’re about creating a safer, more welcoming space for everyone who walks through those doors.

“I have not seen anything this well done,” Stephens said.

Exciting progress at CBHA's new Pasco Clinic!

Aldrich + Associates are hard at work lifting the impressive and sustainable Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels into place. These panels are no small feat – they're 7" thick, up to 55 feet long, and can weigh as much as 12,600 pounds!

We're using CLT for the roof deck over the Galleria to capture that stunning Heavy Timber look. Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this beautiful design to life!

Kittitas Valley Healthcare's Surgery Expansion project is really coming together. The design team, construction crew, and owner representatives, have all been working tirelessly to bring these much needed services to their hospital.
