Whether you’re just getting started or ready for more of a challenge, we have a spot for you. Both classes are designed to help you build strength, move better, and feel more confident in your body.
What to expect:
– Small, supportive group setting
– Led by our PT team
– Functional, full-body workouts focused on core + hips
Class options:
12:30–1:30 PM
A slower-paced, supportive class, perfect for easing in, building strength, and moving with confidence
4:45–5:45 PM
A higher-energy class with a bit more challenge (always with modifications!)
Every class is circuit-style and thoughtfully designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and consistent.
