Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new Director of Nursing, Tara!

Tara has been a dedicated member of the MediLodge family for eight years. She began her journey at MediLodge of Yale as an LPN in 2017, advanced to RN in 2020, and was promoted to Unit Manager in 2022. In 2024, she accepted the Director of Nursing position at MediLodge of Richmond.

Now, we are thrilled to welcome Tara back to MediLodge of Yale as our Director of Nursing!

On a personal note, Tara recently became a first-time “Mimi” (grandmother)! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors—especially riding snowmobiles and 4-wheelers.

We are confident that Tara’s experience, leadership, and passion for resident-centered care will be a tremendous asset to our residents and team.
