The Family Education and Counseling Center’s mission is to provide quality education and counseling to families, couples, and individuals in Yankton and the surrounding area who, for any reason, are not having their needs met through other resources. Ours is a non-profit, faith-based organization. No one is turned away because of inability to pay, and we strive to assure that all will be treated with respect.
