🌸 Self Care Saturday 🌸

Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings. It is a reminder that change can be gentle, steady, and hopeful.

Today, consider small ways to care for yourself as the season shifts

β€’ Step outside and notice the warmer air or new growth
β€’ Open a window and let in fresh light
β€’ Refresh your routine with one healthy habit
β€’ Let go of something that no longer serves you

Just like spring, self-care does not happen all at once. It starts with small moments of intention and kindness toward yourself.

Take a moment today to reset, breathe, and welcome the season ahead πŸ’š

🌟 Employee Highlight

This week we are proud to highlight Danene Anderson, one of our dedicated Outpatient Therapists and Qualified Mental Health Professionals at Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services.

When asked "Why is mental health important to you?", Danene shared:

β€œMental health matters to me because everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered. We all face emotional or mental challenges at different points in our lives, and none of us should have to face them alone. Even small moments of genuine validation can help someone feel seen, valued, and hopeful about their ability to move forward.”

Danene brings compassion, insight, and a calming presence to the individuals and families she serves. We are grateful for her commitment to helping our community feel heard, valued, and supported.

Take a break, share a smile, and do something playful today. Your mental health can benefit from a little laughter.
