Chevy Scott Gores, age 8, passed away silently in the peace of his home, surrounded by the love of those who cherished him deeply. Though his time on earth was far too short, his life was filled with love, courage, and moments that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Bon Homme High School in Tyndall, South Dakota, with Reverend Jeff Todd officiating. Burial will be in the Bon Homme Cemetery in Springfield, South Dakota. Visitation is from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home in Yankton, South Dakota, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM.

Stanley Joseph "Stan" Sudbeck age 69 of Hartington, Nebraska died on Monday, May 18, 2026 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD surrounded by his family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Hartington with the Rev. Kevin Vogel officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael’s cemetery in Hartington. Visitation will be on Thursday, at church, from 5-7:00 p.m. and a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday one hour prior to mass. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington.

Betty Lou Andresen, age 93 of Coleridge, Nebraska and formerly of Hartington, died on Friday morning, May 15, 2026 at Park View Haven Nursing Home in Coleridge.

Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hartington with the Rev. Amanda Talley officiating. Burial will be at the Hartington City Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 5-7:00 p.m. at the Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, at church, one hour prior to services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington.

Philip & James Cemetery in St. James, Nebraska. Visitation will be on Tuesday, at Sacred Heart Church in Wynot, from 5-7:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation with continue on Wednesday one hour prior to services.
