This week we celebrate 21 years in business!
Here are 21 things I learned about my clients and business!!
1. Most people arrive on time!
2. My clientele is 3 to 1 ratio more female than male clients.
3. The clients you least expect become regulars
4. Internet changed business for the better
5. No one likes paperwork
6. Hurt so good doesn't apply to everyone 😂
7. Clients tolerate my changes good and bad over the years because regardless they just want a massage
8. Some clients fold their clothes, some lay them out like a person, some jump out of them, some don't take them off and sometimes I don't see them at all
9. Most clients are very considerate about not sharing germs with me
10. I have been threatened many times by clients....just this last month...."you better not retire or I will not survive", "don't fly on a plane because I can't live without you", "I know where you live"....they are all compliments I 🤔 think 😊
11. My clients have learned to tell me exactly what they expect for a session....I am going to sleep, I want the works, I want the same as last time, etc.
12. I care about my clients as much as many care about me
13. Therapeutic Massage is the most booked and Deep Tissue the second most booked. Clients really like the works with all the different types used as needed or a custom combo
14. Clients have learned not to refer people to me as it makes it harder to get in and honestly I don't mind.
15. Most clients have learned they can change the type of music playing, request specific items like cupping, scraping, aromatherapy during sessions and that not all add on cost extra.
16. Some clients have the best energy to be around and some do not. I do fire clients I can't tolerate just as some clients I'm sure fire me if they don't like my massage style
17. There is a group of you that have been coming for all my years in business! Thank you! I love each of you new and very experienced.
18. No shows are rare the longer I have been in business
19. Clients know I have a cancellation list and use it often
20. Clients have learned I don't answer the phone , text me or leave a voicemail
21. We have created the best YTM family of regular clients! Seeing you on my calendar makes me happy! Lots of years of business with each of you!

Thou I only work part time now or half days! It's because of your loyal service I can homeschool and have a life outside of work! I look forward to serving the Yankton Area for many more years!
