REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN - Sign your little one (6 months-3yrs) up for Parent/Child Aquatics. Build water safety skills and learn the basics like blowing bubbles and underwater exploration! Tuesday evenings at 4:30pm, 5:15pm or 6pm (Oct 14, 21, 28, Nov 4) $30. Register by calling 605-668-8357.

We know how hard our local athletes work—and staying hydrated is key to performing their best. That’s why we’re giving one lucky local sports team a supply of LMNT electrolytes for every player to enjoy after a game or practice! 🏆💧

Here’s how to enter:
1️⃣ Comment below with the sports team you think would benefit from LMNT. It can be a football team, volleyball team, soccer team, dance team, cheer squad, etc!

2️⃣ Tag 3 coaches, sports moms or dads, or team fans to nominate their favorite team.

Every nominated team will be entered into a drawing—and one team will win FREE LMNT for all their players! 🙌 Teams can be nominated more than once! The winning team will be announced next Wednesday, September 24th. The coach for the team will be contacted by Home Chiropractic and Wellness directly.
