We offer both options in every float room, and there's no wrong choice. We understand that your nervous system knows what it needs to feel safe and relaxed.

Some clients need complete darkness to let their mind truly rest. Others feel more comfortable with soft lighting during their first few sessions. Many first-time floaters start with lights on and gradually discover the deeper relaxation that comes with complete darkness.
