Kindness isn't just about giving away pieces of yourself until you have nothing left. It's also about setting boundaries and taking care of your own well-being.

It's important to be kind to yourself by knowing when to say no, when to take a break, and when to prioritize your own needs. Setting boundaries doesn't make you any less kind; it shows that you respect yourself enough to know your limits.

Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself allows you to show up fully, authentically, and compassionately for others. So be kind, but also be kind to yourself. Balance is key.

Reminder: needing support is not a sign of weakness. It's okay to lean on others when you need it most.

You don't have to be an expert to start a new adventure. Sometimes the best experiences come from diving in headfirst and learning as you go.

Enforcing boundaries doesn't make you a bad person. It's actually crucial for your mental health and well-being. Don't be afraid to set limits and stick to them.

You don't have to get it right the first time. Be open to learning and growing through the process. Progress is progress, no matter how small.

Courage isn't always about feeling brave. Sometimes, it's about pushing forward even when you're scared. You are stronger than you think.

Lastly, don't stare yourself blind on your neighbor's grass. Remember to water your own. Focus on your own journey and growth, and watch yourself bloom.
