Straight teeth are a lifelong commitment? Once your braces are off or clear aligner treatment is complete - your retainers need to be worn as instructed, for life. If you stop wearing your retainers, your teeth and/or bite will inevitably shift, undoing all your hard ortho work.💥

Gum disease, is linked to other serious health issues, including heart disease, diabetes, and dementia.
