From I-95, exit the Yardley / Newtown (from Southbound- make a left). (from Northbound- make a right turn). Afton Avenue is 1 mile past "Creamery Rd"

Left turn onto Afton Avenue
You will be on Afton for a mile.
1st traffic light is "Main Street"
Cross over Main Street
Right turn onto "Canal Street"
((Canal Street Grille is at the corner))
Once on Canal Street, pull into the parking lot on the right side.
*Turn into the large parking lot between the 2 yellow street signs: "Speed Hump" & "Slow", find any available parking space. Our office entrance is from the parking lot.

We share steps with Luxe Lash. Our office is taking all the precautions needed to keep everyone safe.
1) Scheduled appointments will be seen.
2) Only the scheduled patient will be permitted to enter the office.
3) Start walking up the steps with your mask already on at your scheduled appointment time.
4) Wait at top of steps for Deb's signal (either a wait a minute, or a wave in)
5) Two options for opening the front door: Use the Foot Pull or grab a tissue off to the left of our door and use to open the door handle.
6) You will be directed to one of our tables.
7) If you will be paying with Cash or a Check, we will hand you an envelope to put the money/ already filled out check. If you are paying with a Credit/Debit/HSA card, please hold onto the card till Deb brings up the credit card machine up for you to insert/tap or swipe your card. We are not having anyone sign our copy we will email your receipt if needed.

www.drerdogan.com Click on the "Online Forms", if you are a New Chiropractic patient, just open and fill out the Chiropractic History Forms, save to your computer and please attach to an email, along with Clear close snapshot of your Driver's License and Insurance cards. If you have been in a Motor Vehicle Accident along with being a new patient you will also need to fill out the Auto forms as well.
